Fundudzi

Local Designers Going Eco Chic

“What you warp around your body is a reflection of your soul”. Fundudzi is headed by fashion entrepreneur, Craig Jacobs.

The name Fundudzi is inspired by a body of water, Lake Fundudzi, a scared sire for the vhaVenda tribe whose home is found in the mountainous north of South Africa. Fundudzi is a conscientious company, they believe, like us here at liveeco, that all of us can make a difference in small but conscious ways to help our planet find it easier to breathe again. The label has grown out of the desire to help change the perception of our exquisite continent, Africa, by presenting clothing designed and created here which can compete on the world stage.

It is up to us, a generation born in freedon, to find the means to re-invent our future and in that way create a more sustainable way of life that is conscious of our roots. That is why all Fundudzi products are created and produced in Africa.
