They have reduced waste generated by their operations and increased recycling to cut the amount of waste sent to a landfill site. All waste on the buses is recycled and seven specially allocated bins are on each bus which separate plastic, cans, paper, glass and cardboard. In 2009 to date, City Sightseeing have recycled 200 bins.
