Situated in the semi-arid Lower Olifants River Valley, an ideal location for organic viticulture, the Trawal cellar processes organic grapes from our own farms and independent producers to the north and west, including recognized cool-climate vineyards at Lutzville and Koekenaap.
Fair trading is integral to Stellar and our business and social practice is backed up by credible third-party certification. The Stellar workers are co-owners of the winery and a table- and wine-grape farm.
