What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
‘Don’t put off till tomorrow what can be done today’ and ‘ life is about creating yourself!’
Tell us a little more about your ’KITCHEN STORAGE’ collection. What inspired you?
My kitchen storage collection is drawn from my personal experience of what I’d love to have included into my daily routine as well as feedback from family and friends as to what they would find the most handy! The Fold moves seamlessly from the kitchen or vida e caffè to the car, for easy carrying of coffee, that then packs flat for ease of storage.
What challenges have you experienced by adhering to the competition principles of using sustainable design techniques?
Finding sustainable materials that work with and for the overall design concept was quite difficult.
What’s on your horizon?
Firstly an internship for the next few weeks, then a trip to Lake Malawi with friends from Cape Town in September, and graduating at the end of the year!
What excites you?
Creativity, adventure, travel, family and friends.
How do your friends describe you?
Sweet, caring, friendly and passionate.
What is your most treasured piece in your home?
My late grandfathers vintage leather camera.

Material choice is key!
