Actress Gina Rodriguez wore a dress made out of eco-friendly materials on the red carpet at the 87th Annual Academy Awards, last night.
The Golden Globe winner arrived at the 87th Annual Academy Awards Sunday wearing a beautiful dress that was made from environmentally friendly materials. The gown is a part of Suzy Amis Cameron’s eco-fashion campaign, Red Carpet Green Dress, which is now in its sixth year. The gown itself was created by design students Manon Gabard and Tingting Chen from ESMOD-ISEM fashion school in Paris, under the mentorship of American designer Jeff Garner.
The “Jane the Virgin” star will not be the only one wearing one of the green designs. “American Sniper” actor Jake McDorman was set to attend the awards evening in an eco-friendly tuxedo.
