Upcycled Jewelry made from coffee grounds

London designer, Rosalie McMillan doesn’t have to look far for her coffee fix. She creates upcycled jewelry from Çurface, an industrial composite derived from waste coffee grounds and post-consumer recycled polystyrene.

A finalist in the 2015 Observer Ethical Awards (along with Here Today Here Tomorrow and Nudie Jeans), McMillan offsets the unusual material with recycled or fair-trade-certified silver and gold vermeil.
