New Paraben-Free Hair Care from Wella Elements

Paraben-free, sulphate-free hair care from Wella Elements.

Elements is the new range from hair care specialists, Wella Professionals. The new Wella Elements range is free of sulphates, parabens and artificial colourants while providing up to ten times more keratin protection for renewed hair vitality.

Being pregnant at the moment, I am extra careful of the products I use on my skin and hair so was happy to review this conscious product. So often I hear from readers and friends alike that although they want to try a more natural hair care product, they are often disappointed with the performance. I’m happy to say after using the Elements range for a couple of days, I was pleased with the results.

I tested each product in the range: Renewing Shampoo (RRP R207), Renewing Conditioner (RRP 243), Renewing Mask (RRP 252) and the Conditioning Leave-In Spray (RRP252). My hair felt clean after washing and conditioning and was left shiny and healthy looking. The only product I wasn’t wild about was the conditioning leave-in spray as I felt it depleted the shine.

Hero product: Renewing Mask

Wella Elements contains a fresh new fragrance inspired by the green woods of the Amazon rainforest and is enriched with Wella’s new sustainably sourced NuTree complex which is enriched with natural tree extract – a powerful antioxidant which helps reduce free radical damage.

In general I try to stick to organic, paraben-free beauty products, while this range is not certified organic, it does provide a basic range for those looking for conscious hair care that provides results.
