Week 2
Two weeks on and my Starke Ayres veggie garden is starting to take shape and I am loving looking out the kitchen window and viewing my work of vegetable art!
The pea seeds I planted are starting to sprout
The spinach is starting to get bigger and I hope to be able to eat some soon!
The rocket seems to be growing the fastest out of all the veg and herbs. Although unfortunately a snail seems to be munching on its leaves. But for now I am not spraying and rather just cutting off the badly eaten leaves. The others are still edible just be sure to wash them thoroughly!
