Esse is based in Africa and has been formulated using our majestic continent´s incredible plant diversity. African plants are sustainably harvested under Fair Trade conditions by local communities. The populations of these plants are externally monitored to ensure that the rate of harvest is sustainable.
Esse products are made out of Baobab, Marula and Rooibos along with a myriad of other African extracts to sooth and protect your skin. African extracts and oils are sourced from a wide variety of sub-Saharan countries including Zimbabwe, Kenya, Uganda, Malawi, South Africa, Mozambique, Namibia, Ghana, Swaziland, Zambia, Angola, Rwanda and Congo.
Esse is packaged in recyclable glass and all their products are biodegradable and free of parabens, petrochemicals, synthetic fragrance and synthetic colourants.
Esse is for people that want to buy effecttive, healthy and natural products that protect their skin as much as their environment. Esse is also certified by Beauty Without Cruelty. They do not test their products on animals and will not source ingredients from supplliers who do. Esse is also endorsed by the Vegan Society. This mean that no animal products are used in their range.
