Avant Garde dress 2012, Live Eco’s upcycled fashion design competition, has officially begun and here is a first look at some of our DAF 2nd years “climate smart” designs.
Remember the students are only allowed to use old/used clothing for the project and are required to make an upcycled look in line with this year’s theme which is Climate Smart. So expect to see some tailoring and possibly a slightly more wearable look that last year’s outfits. But at the end of the day the students are free to interpret the theme however they choose.
We can’t wait to see more!
